These five one-on-one Zoom sessions (up to 30 minutes each) are designed to give you personalized, flexible support wherever you are in the college admissions process.
In each session, you can choose to focus on what matters most to you, including:
Essay Feedback & Revisions – Walk through comments, brainstorm new ideas, and refine your drafts in real time.
Application Strategy – Get guidance on school selection, timelines, and how to position your strengths across multiple applications.
Four-Year Academic & Extracurricular Planning – For younger students, we offer strategic advising on courses, activities, testing, and leadership to build a strong foundation.
Admissions Q&A & General Consultation – Ask questions about the process, requirements, or any aspect of your college prep journey.
Use your sessions all at once or over time—each one is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
After purchase, we’ll reach out to schedule your sessions. Need to meet sooner? Contact info@universitynavigator.org (a $100 rush fee may apply for expedited appointments).
Refund Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility & Fees
Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@universitynavigator.org and are subject to the following terms:
Within 3 days of purchase: A refund may be issued with a 10% service fee deducted.
Within 7 days of purchase: A refund may be issued with a 25% service fee deducted.
After 7 days of purchase: No refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the service has been used.
