Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@universitynavigator.org and are subject to the following terms:
Within 3 days of purchase: refund issued with a 10% service fee deducted
Within 7 days of purchase: refund issued with a 25% service fee deducted
After 7 days of purchase: no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether services have been used
No refunds if any work or consultations have taken place
