Success in college admissions starts with smart planning—early. Our University Four-Year Planning service is a one-on-one Zoom session designed to map out a personalized high school roadmap that aligns with your academic goals and dream schools.

In this one session, our expert counselors meet with both the student and their parents to create a customized plan covering:

• Recommended courses for all four years of high school

• Strategic extracurricular involvement

• Insight into what top universities look for in applicants

• Standardized testing timelines and academic benchmarks

• Tailored advice based on the student’s strengths, interests, and college goals

This session gives families a clear, actionable strategy to stay ahead and make every year of high school count. You’ll leave with a step-by-step plan—and the confidence that you're on the right path.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility & Fees

Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@universitynavigator.org and are subject to the following terms:

Within 3 days of purchase: A refund may be issued with a 10% service fee deducted.

Within 7 days of purchase: A refund may be issued with a 25% service fee deducted.

After 7 days of purchase: No refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the service has been used.
